In the purchases you make on www.hemsjewellery.com, our customers can use their right of withdrawal within 14 days, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty, in accordance with the Distance Sales Agreement.

Products that are produced by special order, the size of which is changed upon request, or the products with special writings on them are excluded from the scope of return.

The product to be returned must be unused, itself, its packaging and box undamaged, the label and the protective tapes on it must not be removed, and it must be resold by the seller. After the product is examined by our experts, the return process is initiated.

Returns of products purchased from the online store can only be made from the internet store. The product to be returned must be sent along with the invoice, packaging, certificate and, if any, the products sent as a promotion.



The shipping cost of the products for which the right of return is used must be delivered to us in a way that the customer has paid for it. Hems Jewelery has no obligation to take delivery of the product sent with a counter payment.
